Sledding and Hot Chocolate

On Friday night/Saturday morning, we got 7-8" of snow...
The most snow we've had in a LONG time!
Right when I was getting anxious for spring...go figure.

Anyway, we took the opportunity to go sledding.
It has been such a mild winter, that this was only the second sledding day we have had all winter.
The other time was over Christmas, in Glendive, with my parents.
Liam enjoyed himself was in snow heaven!

Getting all snow-bunnied up!

Getting pulled by Daddy was the highlight of the day!

"Daddy, I'm falling out!"

Staying in the sled was much easier on the belly.

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE...

Wipe outs were some of the most fun for Liam.

"Ready to go again, Daddy."

Pretty fun to have a couple sledding hills in your yard.

Cheese :)

"Here we go, Daddy!"

Liam wanted to take a little break to go throw rocks in the lake...

...but they were all buried, so we tossed snowballs in the lake instead.

After sledding, Liam had his very first cup of hot chocolate.

mmmmmmm...

By 4 O'Clock...most of our snow was gone...
Good thing we took advantage when we had the chance!
