29 and Forever Holding!

Clint turned 29 on Wednesday!  Here Liam is getting ready to slobber on...I mean hand his daddy his birthday present.

Personalized cufflinks to wear to his new work!

Who wouldn't want to wear a cute face like that on their shirt!?!

Packers magnets for his new desk!

And of course double chocolate cake parfaits!  YUMMO!
Happy Birthday Clint!  We love you!

Mother's Day

Liam got dedicated on Mother's Day!  It was really special.

The verse we picked for him was 2 Timothy 3:14-15  But you must remain faithful to the things you have ben taught.  You know they are true, for you know you can trust those who taught you.  You have been taught the holy scriptures from childhood, and they have given you the wisdom to receive the salvation that comes by trusting in Christ Jesus.

My prayer every day is that Liam will grow into a man who loves Jesus and that by watching what Clint and I do he will learn to be a faithful child of God.  Nothing like a little pressure!  He's not even mimicking us yet and already I catch myself thinking, man!  I wish I wouldn't have said/done/reacted that way in front of Liam!"  Good thing God gives us all grace to grow!

Best Mother's Day present ever!!!

Clint is Pumped that liam is stable enough to give shoulder rides now. :o)

Liam's pretty pumped too!

4 Month Shots

As Previously stated, Liam had his 4 month check-up.  All was well.  Here are his badges of bravery.  Pain didn't take quite as long to register this time.  He only cried for about 10 seconds though.  What a trooper!

Everyday Life

Daddy and Liam

When Clint gets Liam ready for bed he likes to turn him into "Saudi-Liam!"

Nap time...my favorite way to snooze!!!

Liam's favorite way to snooze!

Liam just had his 4 month check-up last week, and he did great!  He weighed 14 lbs. 9 oz. (53%) and was 26 1/2" (93%) inches long, so he's still long and slim, but his cheeks are starting to fill out and look pinch-able!

Big news for the Finlaysons!  For those of you who may not have heard, we are going to be moving to Polson, MT in 5 weeks!  You heard me...5 weeks!  Clint has a job opportunity that he would like to explore in Kalispell, Mt working for a company called Applied Materials.  We have committed to one year and then will see what God has in store for us after that.  Both of our bosses have been extremely supportive of these new endeavors, and have offered to give us one year leave of absences.  We were extremely honored by that.

We are sad to be leaving the place where we've put down our first real roots as a family:  the place where we bought our first home, we got our first "real jobs," where we had our first child, and where we've made friends who we consider family.  However, that being said, we are excited to be closer to some of our other family!  I also feel very blessed to be able to stay home with Liam for the first year of his life.  AWESOME!  Please pray for us in this time of transition.

I have many more pictures to upload in the next few days.  Stand by!  Sorry it's taken so long...things have been CRAZY!
