Repurposed Owl Hat

Liam with his Valentine's Owl Hat

Matching Pj's...what a coincidence!

I stole this idea from an online store.  Recycling old sweaters (knits) to make owl hats!  LOVE IT!  I want to make more with mittens and scarves.  If you have any sweaters you are thinking of throwing out, save them for me :o)

I couldn't resist giving Liam his Valentine early.  He has no idea what Valentine's Day is any way :o)

A Day At Home

How Big is the baby?!

SO BIG!  Sometimes this gets a smile.  Hard to catch it at the right time!

Six Weeks Old

A few days before Liam turned 6 weeks old I'm pretty sure he went through a growth spurt.  There were a few SLEEPLESS NIGHTS and ALOT of CRYING.  Things are much better now thank goodness!

Six weeks old, and feelin' good!

As if a baby butt needed help being cute!

Tummy time--just became fun.  It used to be TORTURE!

Sunshine

We don't get many sunny days, but you can see here that we did!

I never get tired of looking at his hair!

Pictures From the Past Couple Weeks

I can't believe that Liam is already 5 weeks old.  He had his one month checkup last Tuesday and got great reports.  He finally made it past his birthweight which means no more waking him up at night for extra feedings!  Unfortunately, he wakes himself up just fine now...  He weighed 10 pounds and was a whopping 23 inches long, so he looks long and skinny, although his cheeks are starting to fill out a bit.

Liam has been visited by all of his grandparents, his Uncle Alex, and Aunt Shannalee.  Hopefully he can meet his Great-Grandparents and other family soon.  Actually, in the month on January we had people here for all but 4 or 5 days.  We had lots of help, thank you!

Liam is starting to "coo," smile, and continues to bring us joy!

Hanging out with Daddy

"Help, I can't breathe!"

"That's Better."

Reading with Daddy

"Interesting...I didn't know you could hop on pop."

I love Hop on Pop

Sleeping with Grandma Lisa

Could I be any cuter?!

Thank for my tie Aunt Lacey and Uncle Mo!  I wore it
to church to impress the ladies!

My first Superbowl!

You wouldn't guess by looking at these pictures, but Liam screamed his head off throughout the entire game.  He wasn't content until we got home after the game.  I guess he had too many nerves about the game just like his dad!

VICTORY!!!  Go Pack, Go!!

Did you know that the day after I was born the Packers beat the Bears
and have been undefeated ever since?  Can you say good luck charm?!?!
