Well y'all, we've officially been a family for 6 months...
6 months ago...EXACTLY...
we were picking up our sweet "Lily girl" from a run-down, sketchy hotel conference room, in Shanghai, China.
Lots has happened in these past 6 months.
We've been tired...three kids ages: 2, 3 and 4 is A LOT for me  us!
Hence my lack of blogging over the past half of this year!

I do want to keep you in the loop, but life gets in the way.
Just know we still need your prayers.
We have made HUGE strides in the past months.
Well, we haven't done much, but the Lord has been faithful.

We celebrated our 6 month- "Fam-iverasary" by doing a very Montanan thing...
Taking Lily to Glacier National Park!
Her first time :)

"Here I am looking for mountain goats on Logan Pass"

"This is MY family, Yo!
They make me mad.
They make me smile.
They make me laugh.
They make me safe.
They are mine, and I am theirs...FOREVER!"

This girl is a hoot and a half!

MILESTONE ALERT:  Liam had his first solo Glacier hike today!
Only two backs for kid-packs...the girls took dibbs.
Liam hiked about 2 miles on foot, and we were so proud...and thankful for Smarties.
"Make it to that big tree and you can have another candy!"
He was off running like crazy!

"I wanna ride with Daddy...I can see so much better there!"

John's Lake trail end!
(How many arms does it take to take a family selfie?!)

"I LOVE THESE BINOCULARS!"

Seriously...
This is cuteness at its finest :)

This picture is my favorite.
My. Absolute. Favorite.
This guy fought every. single. day. for her affection, and you know something?
It was worth it.
It was painful to watch...probably even more painful to experience.
BUT...
She loves her daddy so stinking much!
No one can make her squeal and giggle like him...no one!

Go Lima, Go!

When you hike Glacier, you finish with ice cream in Apgar Village.
6 months ago, this girl hated all things cold...including ice cream
not any more ;)

There are so many details I'd like to share, but there just isn't enough time in my day.
Know that we absolutely cherish your prayers.
We love you all, and we are doing well.

Lily is potty training...pray for all of our sanity.
Ruby loves all things "tiny."
Liam just finished his very first week of VBS, and loved every second.
We are building a house...more on that later!
We are blessed by our maker,
and we are thankful!
*cheers*
